Insurance Information

Dr. Roszell is participating with all insurance contracts listed below. Some patients received confusing letters last winter from Anthem regarding his participation: he IS an Anthem provider and we will work with you to resolve any concerns. When calling Anthem, have them look Dr. Roszell up under "Caritas Physician Group." They can reference his Provider Number 000000493271, effective 11/1/06.

We remain committed to providing you seamless and affordable care through any changes or lapses you have in coverage. As a community service of Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's Healthcare, patients without insurance are eligible for a 20 percent discount when paying for their visit before leaving the office. Patients in need of further assistance may apply for help with JHSMH, and information is available at the front desk.
